We are currently looking for a director who can oversee administrative work at our branch in Poland, strengthen our team, quickly integrate into our processes, and become part of a successful modern company.

Job description
- Manage all administrative processes at our branch in Poland
- Represent the companys interests in dealings with government agencies (tax office, migration services, banking, etc.)
- Resolve legal and financial issues
- Work with counterparties, including various vendors
- Resolve issues related to employee relocation
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position at an IT company with 50+ employees (as an administrative/operating/executive director)
- Understanding of Polands legal system
- Experience working with budgets
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to communicate in Russian and English in the company
- Must have legal training
WOULD BE NICE:
- Understanding of the basics of accounting, including management accounting
