Customer technical support specialist with Swedish or Dutch

Job description:
- Providing customer support for the purchase of electric cars or after-sales support (inbound calls and chats)
- Establishing and maintaining customer relations
- Ongoing reporting in the systems
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Swedish or Dutch.
- English – B2
- Ability to work from the office in Lublin.
- Excellent technical skills (MS Office, Browsers, general computer skills).
- Positive energy, enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
