Your role

Ensure the proper level of customer service offered to PB Customers in a compliant way both from business and systems perspective. Collecting and managing the customer’s demand. Act as a support for Group Supply Chain Director in the area of customer management, demand management, project management

Your responsibilities
  • Ensures the customer care is on an exceptional level
  • Managing Customer Orders from a business and systems perspective
  • Ensures proper preparation and flow of PO confirmation, Sales Orders, Invoicing
  • Ensures correctness of the data used to manage orders
  • Acts as the first point of contact for Customers in operational issues
  • Defines and implements improvements in the customer care processes and demand management
  • Manage and improve tools used to manage customer care
  • Collects, manages and analyses customer demand
  • Part of delivery plan alignment
  • Ensures Master Data correctness
  • Reports Customer Service performance
  • Reports and presents the data regarding customer service and PBs performance in OTC area in respective meetings
  • Prepares, takes part and document meetings with Customers
  • Ensures related procedures are in place in the OTC area
  • Integrates data from different departments to support decision making process
  • Takes part in the S&OP process
  • Acts as the SAP OTC key user
  • Supports SAP rollout/improvements projects
  • Is responsible for implementation of projects in supply chain area, which are assigned to
  • Prepares the department for the future growth of operations
  • Risk management
If you have
  • Academic Degree in business, logistics, science
  • More than 3 years’ experience in customer service-related functions
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Very good analytical skills
  • High presentation skills
  • Experience in working in SAP OTC related processes
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Able to work effectively under stress and pressure
  • Business relationships building skills
  • High work ethics and business maturity
