- Collect due receivables via phone and email according to the procedures.
- Influence Customers, negotiate and build business relationships.
- Cooperate with internal departments (Credit, Global Customer Service, Cash Ops, Billing and sales teams).
- Handle emails & outgoing phone calls (to external Customers and internally to Account Managers).
- Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.
- Process cases in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist Customers with enquiries regarding billing, master data setup and overall the process of Collections.
- Written and spoken fluency in English language (min. B2 level is required).
- Basic computer literacy is a must.
- Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- High accuracy and focus on details.
- Flexibility.
- Experience in Customer Service/ Call Center/ O2C Collections in nice to have.
- Degree qualified in Business/Finance related area will be a plus.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in OTC field (Collections).
- Experience in assigned Collections Portfolio is essential.
- Decision making and knowledge of Collections Procedures related to Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with Sales Team via GVC.
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients.
