Account Manager (Power Tools)

Your Tasks:
- Take ownership of sales results in eastern Poland
- Development and support of the sales and dealer network and implementation of the comprehensive sales strategy
- Analyse market and brand trends
- Establish a strategic plan, set goals, and fulfil them for a specific area, customer, distributor and new accounts
- Support the distributors during joint visits to the end customers
- Understanding the technical requirements and work processes of the customers to recognize technical potentials, and then to offer the appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- Technical degree-level education
- Several years of technical sales experience
- B2 level of English both in writing and speaking
- Any other foreign language is a plus
- Excellent analytical and management skills
- Results-oriented with can-do attitude self-starter
- Driving license “B category” and the willingness to travel
- Positive energy :)
